After-Hours
If you require emergency assistance after office hours, please contact PATH at (309) 827-4005 or follow any alternative plans your therapist may have discussed with you. If you believe that you cannot keep yourself safe or need immediate help, please call 911, or go to the nearest hospital emergency room for assistance.
